Permit (Visa) as Dependants
Who may apply:
The foreign spouse, sons and/or daughters under 18, other dependent
or disabled relative(s), and parents who are dependants of a
permanent resident whose visa has a minimum effective term of 2
years or a national may apply. Sons or daughters between 18
and 25 may still be considered dependants and may apply to this
permit if they are full time students and they are economically
dependents on their resident or national parent. |
