Who may apply:
Any foreign national showing proper evidence he/she has a
Certificate of Deposit in any local bank licensed to perform general
banking activities. The CD must be issued in his/her own name, for a
minimum period of 3 years, minimum amount of USD 300,000.00 or its
equivalent in any foreign currency, and free form any type of
encumbrances. |
