Who may apply:
Any foreigner national coming to Panama hired by a company having a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 Panamanian employees, based on the Marrakech Agreement, adopted by the Republic of Panama by Law 23 of 1997. The applicant must file evidence that his/her salary will not be less than USD 1,000.00 per month.
