Who may apply:
Any foreign national hired by a company as an expert or certified technician. The company must meet the requirement of Panama’s Labor Code, that is, up to 15% or total number of employees may be foreign if they are specialized personnel. The applicant must file evidence that his/her salary will not be less than USD 850.00 per month.
