Who may apply:
Any foreign national hired by a private company that meets the requirement of Panama’s Labor Code. That is, having at least 10 workers of whom only 10% may be foreign among its ordinary workers. The applicant must file evidence that his/hers salary will not be less than USD 850.00 per month.
